Henderson & Sons Construction, LLC is a family owned and operated business with over 40 years of construction industry experience.  We maintain a Georgia Contractors License in Residential and Light Commercial Construction.

Our company has specialized in screwing subfloor to floor joists in residential homes and town homes since the early 1990’s. We adhere to the subflooring manufacturer specifications (AdvanTech & LP Top Notch to list a couple) in our screw pattern and depth.  Henderson & Sons Construction’s quality assurance program ensures a tightly screwed subfloor to provide your homeowner with quiet and secure flooring.

Several members of our family work in our business. Nora Henderson, CEO, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is responsible for administration and daily operations. David Henderson, President, is responsible for new sales and technical expertise. Davy Henderson, equipment specialist, maintains and repairs our equipment. Jeff Henderson, quality assurance supervisor, trains our employees and reviews completed homes to ensure standards are met.
